Basic configuration
Voltage and capacity It is composed of two 26650 3.2V 3200mAh lithium iron phosphate single cells connected in series, with a nominal voltage of 6.4V, a capacity of 3200mAh, an energy of approximately 20.48Wh, an internal resistance of ≤50mΩ (AC 1kHz, including protection circuit), a cycle life of ≥2000 times (1C charge and discharge, capacity retention rate ≥80%).
Physical characteristics: The dimensions are 26mm in diameter × 65mm in length ×2 sections connected in series, with a weight of approximately 180-220g. Customized packaging is supported (such as steel shell cylinders, built-in protection plates, and heat dissipation modules).
Charging and discharging performance: Supports 1C standard charging and discharging (3.2A charging /3.2A discharging), maximum continuous discharge current 9.6A (3C), pulse discharge current 15A (5 seconds), stable voltage platform (3.2-3.3V fluctuation < 5mV), self-discharge rate < 3% per month.
Temperature adaptability: Operating temperature -20℃ to 60℃, storage temperature -20℃ to 45℃. At low temperatures of -20℃, the capacity retention rate is ≥60%. At high temperatures of 60℃, it is necessary to avoid full charge storage.
Materials and Structures
Cathode material: Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), with a stable crystal structure, a thermal decomposition temperature above 600℃, and no risk of thermal runaway. Nano-modification process is adopted to enhance ionic conductivity.
Negative electrode and electrolyte: Graphite negative electrode + composite carbon coating, electrolyte is organic solvent + lithium salt, separator is polyolefin porous membrane, supporting rapid ion transport.
Packaging design: Steel shell compressive strength ≥300kgf, built-in safety valve for explosion-proof, supports flat head/pointed head design (pointed head with protective plate), compatible with standard 26650 battery compartment.

Safety
It has passed the needle-puncture, compression and overcharge tests without combustion or explosion, and complies with international safety standards such as UN38.3, IEC62133, CE and RoHS. It has no memory effect and a low self-discharge rate.
Durability
It has a long cycle life (≥2000 times), which is 4 to 8 times that of lead-acid batteries. High-temperature resistant (operating at -20℃ to 75℃), with optimized low-temperature performance (3C discharge capacity at -20℃ ≥70%).
Performance
The energy density is approximately 120-150Wh/kg, and the voltage platform is stable, making it suitable for scenarios that require stable output (such as energy storage systems and medical equipment).
