Basic configuration
Voltage and capacity It is composed of two 26650 3.2V 3600mAh lithium iron phosphate single cells connected in series, with a nominal voltage of 6.4V, a capacity of 3600mAh, an energy of approximately 23.04Wh, an internal resistance of ≤50mΩ (AC 1kHz, including protection circuit), a cycle life of ≥2500 times (1C charge and discharge, capacity retention rate ≥85%).
Physical characteristics: The dimensions are 26mm in diameter × 65mm in length ×2 sections connected in series, with a weight of approximately 180-220g. Customized packaging is supported (such as steel shell cylinders, built-in protection plates, and heat dissipation modules).
Charging and discharging performance: Supports 1.5C fast charging (5.4A charging, fully charged in about 40 minutes), maximum continuous discharge current 10.8A (3C), pulse discharge current 18A (5 seconds), stable voltage platform (3.2-3.3V fluctuation < 3mV), self-discharge rate < 2% per month.
Temperature adaptability: Operating temperature -25℃ to 60℃, storage temperature -20℃ to 45℃. At a low temperature of -25℃, the capacity retention rate is ≥70% (with a heating system). At a high temperature of 60℃, it is necessary to avoid full charge storage.
Materials and Structures
Cathode material: Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) adopts nano-modification + carbon coating process, with ionic conductivity increased by 30%, thermal decomposition temperature over 800℃, and no risk of thermal runaway.
Negative electrode and electrolyte: Graphite negative electrode + composite carbon coating, electrolyte containing VC/FEC additives, separator is a nano-scale polyolefin porous membrane, supporting rapid ion transport.
Packaging design: Steel shell compressive strength ≥500kgf, built-in dual safety valves +PTC explosion-proof components, supports flat head/pointed head design (pointed head with intelligent BMS protection board), compatible with standard 26650 battery compartments, and can be optionally equipped with heat dissipation fins or liquid cooling modules.

Safety
It has passed UL1642, IEC62133, UN38.3 and other certifications. There is no combustion or explosion in the needle puncture, compression and overcharge tests, and it meets the safety standards for air transportation.
The intelligent BMS realizes overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit and over-temperature protection, and supports balanced charging and fault early warning.
Durability
The cycle life exceeds 2,500 times, which is 6 to 10 times that of lead-acid batteries. High-temperature resistant (operating at -25℃ to 75℃), with optimized low-temperature performance (3C discharge capacity at -25℃ ≥75%).
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, its carbon emissions throughout the life cycle are 30% lower than those of ternary batteries, and it complies with the EU REACH and RoHS standards.
Performance
The energy density is approximately 140-170Wh/kg, supporting high-rate charging and discharging (3C discharge temperature rise < 35℃), with a stable voltage platform. It is suitable for scenarios that require continuous high power output, such as power tools and energy storage systems.
