Temperature adaptability: Operating temperature -30℃ to 70℃, storage temperature -20℃ to 45℃. At a low temperature of -30℃, the capacity retention rate is ≥75% (with a heating system). At a high temperature of 70℃, it is necessary to avoid full charge storage.


Materials and Structures
Cathode material: Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) adopts a nano-modification + carbon coating + silicon doping process, with ionic conductivity increased by 40%, thermal decomposition temperature over 900℃, and no risk of thermal runaway.
Negative electrode and electrolyte: Silicon-carbon composite negative electrode (capacity density increased by 30%), electrolyte containing VC/FEC/PS additives, separator is a nano-scale ceramic-coated polyolefin porous membrane, supporting rapid ion transport and overheat protection.
Packaging design: The steel shell has a compressive strength of ≥800kgf. It is equipped with dual safety valves, PTC explosion-proof components, and an intelligent temperature control module. It supports flat head/pointed head designs (the pointed head is equipped with an intelligent BMS protection board), is compatible with standard 32700 battery compartments, and can be optionally equipped with heat dissipation fins or liquid cooling systems.

It has passed strict certifications such as UL1642, IEC62133-2:2022, UN38.3, CE, RoHS, and FCC. There was no combustion or explosion in the needle puncture, compression, and overcharge tests, meeting the safety standards for air transportation.
It has no memory effect, supports charging and using at any time, and has minimal long-term storage loss.
Durability
The cycle life exceeds 3,000 times, which is 10 to 15 times that of lead-acid batteries. High-temperature resistant (operating at -30℃ to 75℃), with optimized low-temperature performance (3C discharge capacity at -30℃ ≥80%).
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, its carbon emissions throughout the life cycle are 40% lower than those of ternary batteries, and it complies with the EU REACH and RoHS standards.
Performance
The energy density is approximately 180-200Wh/kg, approaching the level of some ternary lithium batteries. It supports high-rate charging and discharging (3C discharge temperature rise < 25℃), and the voltage platform is stable, making it suitable for high-power output scenarios.
