Cathode material: Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), with nano-modification and carbon coating process, the ionic conductivity is increased by 30%, the thermal decomposition temperature is over 800℃, and there is no risk of thermal runaway.
Negative electrode and electrolyte: Graphite negative electrode + silicon-carbon composite coating, electrolyte is a highly stable lithium salt organic solvent (containing VC/FEC additives), separator is a nano-scale polyolefin porous membrane, supporting rapid ion transport.
Packaging design: Steel shell compressive strength ≥600kgf, built-in dual safety valves +PTC explosion-proof components, supports flat head/pointed head design (pointed head with intelligent BMS protection board), compatible with standard 32700 battery compartment, and can be optionally equipped with heat dissipation fins or liquid cooling modules.

Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, its carbon emissions throughout the life cycle are 35% lower than those of ternary batteries, and it complies with the EU REACH and RoHS standards.

The energy density is approximately 160-190Wh/kg, supporting high-rate charging and discharging (3C discharge temperature rise < 30℃), with a stable voltage platform.
