Charging and discharging performance: Supports 1C standard charging and discharging (5A charging /5A discharging), with a maximum continuous discharge current of 15A. Fast charging time is approximately 1-2 hours (3C charging), and the voltage platform is stable (3.2-3.3V fluctuation < 3mV).
Temperature adaptability: Operating temperature -20℃ to 60℃, storage temperature -20℃ to 45℃. At low temperatures of -20℃, the capacity retention rate is ≥60%. At high temperatures of 60℃, it is necessary to avoid full charge storage.
Materials and Structures
Cathode material: Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), nano-modification process enhances ionic conductivity, thermal decomposition temperature > 800℃, no risk of thermal runaway.
Negative electrode and electrolyte: Graphite negative electrode + composite carbon coating, electrolyte is a highly stable lithium salt organic solvent, and the separator is a nano-scale polyolefin porous membrane.
Packaging design: Steel shell compressive strength ≥500kgf, built-in dual safety valve explosion-proof, supports flat head/pointed head design (pointed head with intelligent BMS protection board), compatible with standard 32700 battery compartment.

It has no memory effect, a self-discharge rate of less than 2% per month, minimal long-term storage loss, and supports immediate charging and use.
Durability
The cycle life exceeds 2,000 times, which is 6 to 10 times that of lead-acid batteries. High-temperature resistant (operating at -20℃ to 75℃), with optimized low-temperature performance (3C discharge capacity at -20℃ ≥80%).
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, its carbon emissions throughout the life cycle are 30% lower than those of ternary batteries, and it complies with the EU REACH and RoHS standards.
Performance
The energy density is approximately 140-170Wh/kg, supporting high-rate charging and discharging (3C discharge temperature rise < 35℃), with a stable voltage platform, making it suitable for scenarios that require continuous high power output.
