Li-FePO4 3.2V 2000mAh Special Lithium Battery

Applicable Fire emergency lighting
Technical parameters and characteristics
Basic parameters
Rated voltage: 3.2V (charging cut-off voltage 3.6-3.65V, discharging cut-off voltage 2.5V).
Typical capacity: 2000mAh (commonly found in sizes such as 18650/26650, for instance, the IFR18650 has a capacity of approximately 1350-1400mAh, while the IFR26650 can reach 2950-3000mAh. The 2000mAh mentioned by the user may correspond to a specific customized model).
Internal resistance: as low as 0.4mΩ, supports high current charging and discharging (fully charged in 40 minutes at 1.5C, discharged at 2C).
Energy density: approximately 90-170Wh/kg (higher than the 40Wh/kg of lead-acid batteries), with a volume of 2/3 and a weight of 1/3 of lead-acid batteries.
Cycle life: ≥ 2,000 times (capacity retention > 80% under standard charging), and some high-end models can reach over 3,500 times. The lifespan is 4 to 8 times that of lead-acid batteries.
Materials and Structures
Cathode material: Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), with a stable crystal structure, a thermal decomposition temperature above 600℃, and is not prone to combustion or explosion.
Negative electrode: carbon/graphite, electrolyte is organic solvent + lithium salt, separator is polyolefin porous membrane.
Packaging form: cylindrical type (18650/26650), square aluminum shell, flexible package, etc. The size varies by model (for example, 18650 has a diameter of 18mm and a length of 65mm).
Core advantage
Safety
There is no risk of thermal runaway. It does not catch fire or explode after passing the needle-puncture, compression and overcharge tests. It is suitable for high-safety scenarios (such as fire emergency response and energy storage systems).
It has no memory effect and can be charged and used at any time without complete discharge.
Durability
It can withstand high temperatures (operating temperature -20℃ to 75℃, peak temperature 350-500℃), and its capacity retention rate at low temperatures is superior to that of ternary batteries.
Low self-discharge rate and small long-term storage loss.
Environmental Protection and Cost
The raw materials do not contain rare metals (such as cobalt), are non-toxic and pollution-free, and comply with the RoHS standard.
It has a high cost-effectiveness, with the full life cycle cost being one fourth of that of lead-acid batteries and low maintenance costs.
