3.2V 1800mAh Special Lithium Battery
Applicable Fire emergency lighting
Technical parameters and characteristics
Basic parameters
Rated voltage 3.2V, capacity 1800mAh (energy approximately 5.76Wh), supports 3C discharge (5.4A), charging cut-off voltage 3.6-3.65V, discharge cut-off voltage 2.5V.
The typical size is 18650 cylindrical (diameter 18mm, length 65mm), with an internal resistance as low as 0.5mΩ and a cycle life of ≥2000 times (capacity retention > 80%).
It complies with international safety standards such as UN38.3 and IEC62133-2:2017, and has passed the needle puncture, compression and overcharge tests without combustion or explosion.
Materials and Structures
The positive electrode material is lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), the negative electrode uses carbon/graphite, the electrolyte is an organic solvent + lithium salt, and the separator is a polyolefin porous membrane.
The packaging forms include cylindrical type (18650/18500), square aluminum shell or flexible package, and support customized design (such as size and capacity matching).
Core advantage
Safety
The crystal structure is stable, with a thermal decomposition temperature above 600℃ and no risk of thermal runaway. It is suitable for high-safety scenarios (such as fire-fighting equipment and energy storage systems).
It has no memory effect, supports charging and using at any time, has a low self-discharge rate, and causes little loss during long-term storage.
Durability
It can operate at high temperatures (-20℃ to 75℃, with a peak temperature resistance of 350-500℃), and its capacity retention rate at low temperatures is better than that of ternary batteries (which needs to be optimized in conjunction with a heating system).
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, it complies with RoHS standards, and its full life cycle cost is one fourth of that of lead-acid batteries.
Performance
It supports high-current charging and discharging (fully charged in about 40 minutes at 1.5C and discharged at 2C), with an energy density of approximately 90-150Wh/kg. Its volume is 2/3 of that of lead-acid batteries and its weight is 1/3.
