3.2V 1500mAh Special Lithium Battery
Applicable Fire emergency lighting
Technical parameters and characteristics
Basic parameters
The nominal voltage is 3.2V, the charging cut-off voltage is 3.6-3.65V, and the discharging cut-off voltage is 2.0-2.5V (2.0V for some models).
The typical capacity is 1500mAh, with an energy of approximately 4.8-5.76Wh, an internal resistance of 35-70mΩ (for example, the internal resistance of the 18650 model is ≤35 M Ω), and a cycle life of ≥2000 times (capacity retention > 80%).
Size: 18650 cylindrical (diameter 18mm, length 65mm), weight approximately 35-41g; Supports customized packaging (such as square aluminum shells, soft packages).
Charge and discharge performance: Standard charging current is 300mA (0.3C), continuous discharge current is 3A (2C), and pulse discharge can reach 6A (4C) or higher. Supports 1.5C fast charging (fully charged in about 40 minutes).
Temperature range: Charging 0-45℃, discharging -20-60℃, storage -20-28℃.
Materials and Structures
The positive electrode material is lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), the negative electrode uses carbon/graphite, the electrolyte is an organic solvent + lithium salt, and the separator is a polyolefin porous membrane.
The packaging forms are diverse, adapting to different scene requirements (for example, the 18650 cylindrical type is used in consumer electronics, and the square aluminum shell is used in energy storage systems).
Core advantage
Safety
The thermal runaway temperature is over 800℃. It has passed the needle puncture, compression and overcharge tests without combustion or explosion, and there is no risk of thermal runaway. It is suitable for high-safety scenarios (such as fire-fighting equipment and energy storage systems).
It has no memory effect, supports charging and using at any time, has a low self-discharge rate (monthly self-discharge rate < 5%), and causes little loss during long-term storage.
Durability
It has a long cycle life (≥2000 times), which is 4 to 8 times that of lead-acid batteries. It can operate at high temperatures (-20℃ to 75℃, with a peak temperature resistance of 350-500℃), and its capacity retention rate at low temperatures is better than that of ternary batteries (which needs to be optimized in conjunction with a heating system).
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, it complies with RoHS standards, and its full life cycle cost is one fourth of that of lead-acid batteries.
Performance
The energy density is approximately 90-150Wh/kg, with a volume of two-thirds that of lead-acid batteries and a weight of one-third. Supports high current charging and discharging, with a stable voltage platform (3.2-3.3V platform fluctuation < 5mV).
