Typical capacity: 1200mAh, energy: approximately 3.84Wh, internal resistance: about 30mΩ (18650 cylindrical type), cycle life: ≥2000 times (capacity retention rate > 80%), supports 3C discharge (3.6A), charging time: approximately 4.5 hours (5A charger).
Size: 18650 cylindrical (diameter 18mm, length 65mm), weight approximately 40-45g; Supports customized packaging (such as square aluminum shells, soft packages).
Temperature range: The optimal operating temperature is 15-35℃. At low temperatures (-20℃), the capacity retention rate is approximately 60-70%. At high temperatures (60℃), aging accelerates. A temperature control system is required.

Materials and Structures
The positive electrode material is lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), the negative electrode uses carbon/graphite, the electrolyte is an organic solvent + lithium salt, and the separator is a polyolefin porous membrane.
Structural advantages: The olivine-type crystal structure is stable, with a thermal decomposition temperature above 600℃ and no risk of thermal runaway, making it suitable for high-safety scenarios.

It has passed the needle-puncture, compression and overcharge tests without combustion or explosion, and complies with international safety standards such as UN38.3, IEC62133, CE and RoHS.
It has no memory effect, supports charging and using at any time, and has a low self-discharge rate (monthly self-discharge rate < 5%).

It has a long cycle life (≥2000 times), which is 4 to 8 times that of lead-acid batteries. High-temperature resistant (operating at -20℃ to 75℃, with a peak temperature resistance of 350-500℃).
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, the total life cycle cost is one fourth of that of lead-acid batteries.
Performance
The energy density is approximately 130-170Wh/kg, supporting high current charging and discharging (3C discharge temperature rise < 40℃), and the voltage platform is stable (3.2-3.3V fluctuation < 5mV).
