Physical properties: 18650 cylindrical type (diameter 18mm, length 65mm), weight approximately 35-40g, internal resistance about 25-35mΩ, cycle life ≥2000 times (capacity retention rate > 80%).
Charging and discharging performance: Supports 1C standard charging and discharging (1A charging /1A discharging), the maximum continuous discharge current can reach 2-3C (2-3A), the fast charging time is approximately 1-2 hours (2A charger), and the pulse discharge capability is stronger.
Temperature adaptability: Operating temperature range -20℃ to 60℃, storage temperature -20℃ to 28℃. Capacity retention rate at low temperatures is approximately 60-70% (preheating optimization is required). At high temperatures, full charge storage should be avoided.
Materials and Structures
The positive electrode adopts lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), the negative electrode is graphite, the electrolyte is lithium salt organic solvent, and the separator is a polyolefin porous membrane. The structure is stable, and the thermal runaway temperature is greater than 600℃.
The packaging form is 18650 cylindrical, compatible with standard battery compartments, and supports customized designs (such as thickened shells and built-in protection circuits).

It has passed the needle-puncture, compression and overcharge tests without combustion or explosion. It complies with international safety standards such as UN38.3, IEC62133, CE and RoHS, and has no risk of thermal runaway. It is suitable for high-safety scenarios (such as medical equipment and energy storage systems).
It has no memory effect, supports charging and using at any time, and has a low self-discharge rate (monthly self-discharge rate < 3%).
Durability
It has a long cycle life (≥2000 times), which is 4 to 8 times that of lead-acid batteries. It can withstand high temperatures (operating at -20℃ to 75℃), and its capacity attenuation at low temperatures is better than that of ternary batteries.
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, the total life cycle cost is one fourth of that of lead-acid batteries, in line with the trend of green energy.
Performance
The energy density is approximately 120-150Wh/kg, supporting high current charging and discharging. The voltage platform is stable (3.2-3.3V fluctuation < 5mV), making it suitable for scenarios that require stable output.
